Lecturer in Construction
Loughborough College Group is recruiting a Lecturer in Construction to join our team at Stephenson College.
About the Role
We are looking for a Lecturer in Construction and the Built Environment with the ability to deliver across the full range of the department's provision. You will have a passion for innovation, bringing new ideas and embedding new technologies into the learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality and challenging learning experiences across a range of topics within Construction including theory and practical, to help students develop practical skills and achieve their qualifications.
- Possess excellent knowledge and understanding of Construction and the Built Environment.
- Plan and use a range of effective and appropriate teaching and learning techniques to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification or significant practical experience.
- Teaching and/or mentoring experience is desirable.
- Willingness to obtain a teaching qualification if transitioning from industry.
