Lecturer in Electrical Installation
Location: Salisbury
Salary: Up to £22,061 per year, plus a Specialist Skills Shortage Bonus of £3,000 pro rata

- Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time 20 hours per week

What You'll Do
- Teach and assess learners in Electrical Installation at a range of levels
- Deliver engaging practical and classroom-based lessons
- Prepare students for industry, apprenticeships, and future progression
- Maintain a safe, professional workshop and learning environment
- Support learners' confidence, skills, and trade-ready knowledge
What You'll Bring
- A Level 3 NVQ qualification in Electrical Installation
- Strong practical background in electrical installation or related electrical roles
- Current knowledge of industry standards and practices
- Teaching qualifications are welcomed but if you don't have one yet, we'll support you to achieve it while you work!)
