Salary
£29,583 - £41,964 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience)
** £3000 joining bonus!

About the Role
West Suffolk College is looking for a Lecturer in Electrical Installations.
We are seeking a motivated Lecturer in Electrotechnical to support the development of future professionals in the electrical services industry. You will have significant industry experience and while previous teaching experience is desirable, it is not essential. Candidates who do not yet hold a teaching qualification must be willing to work towards one, with full support provided by the college. You will be responsible for teaching and assessing across a range of programmes, including apprenticeships and short courses, ensuring learners are equipped with the technical knowledge and practical skills required in the sector.
Working collaboratively with curriculum teams, employers, and industry bodies, you will contribute to the ongoing development of our Electrotechnical provision. Your role will include curriculum planning, student mentorship, and active participation in quality assurance processes. This is an excellent opportunity to influence the next generation of electricians while continuing your professional growth within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

** This will be paid as £1,500 at the end of first month of employment and £1,500 after six months completed service.
