What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging, hands-on Engineering teaching across levels from Level 1 to Level 3
- Bring theory to life using real industry experience in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and maintenance engineering
- Teach practical workshop sessions including CAD, machining, fabrication, fault-finding, and technical drawing
- Support learners into apprenticeships, higher study, or employment in engineering industries
- Embed high standards of health & safety, safeguarding, and professional engineering practice
- Inspire learners with real-world insight, standards, and expectations from industry
What You'll Bring
- A background in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, maintenance, or related discipline)
- Strong hands-on industry experience or previous teaching experience in further education
- Relevant Level 3+ qualifications in Engineering (or equivalent professional experience)
- A passion for developing others and sharing real-world knowledge
- Teaching qualifications are welcome but not essential; support will be provided
