London College of Fashion (LCF) is seeking an experienced academic to join us on the Communications Programme based in our School of Media and Communication.
This exciting opportunity offers the chance to contribute to the delivery and development of teaching, learning, and scholarly activity within a dynamic and innovative programme. As a Lecturer, you will support students in developing their skills and encourage them with both specialist practice and broader professional development.
You will work closely with your colleagues on the course teams, applying your specialist knowledge to advance the curriculum in innovative and critical directions. You will also provide pastoral support for a year group of students, monitoring progress and attendance, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with colleagues as appropriate.

Your profile
We are seeking a skilled academic practitioner with an undergraduate degree in a relevant subject area. While a higher degree, teaching qualification, or Fellowship of the Advance Higher Education Academy (Advance HE) is desirable, it is not essential. You will also need previous teaching and assessment experience in Higher Education or an equivalent context.
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills are essential, as well as the ability to apply creative and inclusive approaches to teaching, learning, and professional practice.
