About the Role
We are looking for an experienced professional ready to develop their knowledge and skills of learning and teaching, while inspiring health and social care professionals of tomorrow.
You will contribute to ensuring a positive learning environment which encourages active participation and enables all learners to achieve their full potential. You will facilitate effective teaching, learning and assessment, and assist with the development and delivery of relevant resources within a dynamic multi-disciplinary team. If you think you can use your extensive knowledge and experience of the healthcare sector to inspire and support others to achieve their qualifications and career goals, then this could be the role for you!

Key Requirements
- A qualified nurse registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Current or recent clinical nursing skills.
- A comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent motivational, communication and organisational skills.
- Teaching experience within a college environment is desirable, but not essential.
- Holding or working towards a professional teaching qualification is also desirable, but not essential.
