Salary: From £42,400 to £52,776 (depending on skills and experience)

About the Role
Regent’s University London’s School of Business is looking to appoint a Lecturer in Marketing, ready to begin teaching in January at the start of the Spring Term 2026-27 academic year. This is a full-time post, suitable for a passionate and energetic educator with experience of the UK Higher Education sector and business school teaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a premium classroom experience.
- Contribute towards our interdisciplinary approach to business education.
- Embed technology, cultural awareness, curiosity, emerging trends, and applied thinking in all aspects of curriculum development, teaching, learning and assessments.
- Enrich our students’ learning and employability prospects through technical industry experience and connections.
Key Requirements
- A field of expertise leaning towards the practical application of marketing theories, frameworks and contemporary practice.
- Equip undergraduate and postgraduate students with the skills, knowledge and confidence to understand customer needs, develop compelling value propositions, build and position brands, make effective use of digital and data-driven marketing, and apply marketing strategically to support business growth across a range of sectors.
- Opportunities to contribute to multidisciplinary teaching across various other disciplines in elective modules delivered on non-business degree courses.
