Pepperdine University London seeks a part-time lecturer to teach an undergraduate module in Organisational Behaviour. Pepperdine University is an American university with numerous satellite campuses around the world. This position is based in our London study centre in South Kensington.
Module: BA 366: Organizational Behavior
This undergraduate module is an integrated and interdisciplinary study of behavioural science for management. It explores psychological and sociological aspects of human behaviour as they relate to the workplace.
Autumn 2026 Term Dates/Times
- 14 September–16 December 2026
- Lectures scheduled Mondays & Tuesdays 4–6pm

Job Responsibilities
- The lecturer is responsible for creating and delivering lectures
- Selecting and marking readings, homework assignments & exams
- Corresponding with students
- The integration of local site visits and excursions which support the curriculum are welcome and encouraged
Preferred Qualifications
- A PhD in management or a related field with an emphasis in organisational behaviour
- Competitive candidates will be able to demonstrate their interest in the field of organisational behaviour through intellectual contributions in the area
- Applicants should be able to demonstrate prior teaching experience and effectiveness in the classroom, supported by teaching evaluations
- Applicants should be able to demonstrate their ability to grade writing quality, given that this is a writing intensive module
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate their legal right to work in the UK
