Lecturer in Organisational & Business Psychology

The University of Wolverhampton Business and Law School is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Organisational and Business Psychology to join the Department of Leisure, Marketing and People Management. You will teach on a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, bringing expertise in Organisational and Business Psychology related subject areas.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual who can contribute to the delivery and ongoing development of our courses. Experience in module leadership, curriculum design, and working with diverse student cohorts, including international students, is highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • Hold a good first degree and a Master’s in a relevant subject.
  • Be a member or have experience of the Association for Business Psychology (ABP).
  • Have experience of teaching in higher education (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrate a commitment to high-quality teaching, inclusive practice, and student support.
  • Fellowship of Advance HE is expected (or a willingness to achieve it within an agreed timeframe).
