Salary and Hours

Within the range £31,200 to £45,759 per annum*Starting salary subject to College salary assessment process, plus a market forces supplement of up to £4,383 per annum dependant on qualifications and experience.

35 hours per week, 52 weeks a year (up to 24 teaching hours and 11 preparation and other duties)

This is an exciting opportunity for you to share your professional knowledge and expertise through teaching Plumbing related subjects up to Level 3, to a wide range of students.

We are keen to hear from you if you can demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for Plumbing, and have the ability to encourage and inspire others.

Requirements

To apply, you should have relevant, up-to-date industry expertise and a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in a Plumbing related subject. You should also have an Assessor Award and a teaching qualification, or a commitment to achieving both within a specified period.

If you are looking to move into education as part of your career plan, or if you have industry related skills and experience which could be transferable, we offer an excellent level of support to guide you through your training and development and to gain the required qualifications.

Location

This post is based at Suffolk New College, Ipswich. However Suffolk New College is a multi campus site therefore you may be required to work at and travel between campuses.
