Seeking enthusiastic Level 3 Psychology Lecturer for growing Further Education department. Plan, develop and deliver high-quality engaging learning opportunities. Teach key psychological theories, research methods, and contemporary issues. Monitor student progress and prepare learners for assessments. Create positive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:
- Qualification in Psychology or related discipline.
- Experience delivering Psychology courses in Further Education.
- Passion for student success.
