Full-Time Business Lecturer
Results Consortium is looking for a dedicated and experienced Business Lecturer to join our academic team on a full-time basis.
About the Role
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students studying HND Business Level 4 and Level 5 programmes. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student work, providing academic support, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the curriculum.
Essential Requirements
- A Master's degree or PhD in Business or a closely related discipline.
- Proven experience teaching HND Business Level 4 and Level 5 in the UK higher education sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality teaching and supporting student success.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to commute to the campus on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials for HND Business programmes.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Assess coursework and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance.
- Maintain accurate academic records.
- Participate in quality assurance, curriculum development, and departmental meetings.
