Lecturer - Progression, Employment And Life Skills
We are looking for a Lecturer in Progression, Employment and Life Skills to join our team. This is a 35 hours per week, full-time, permanent role offering a salary of £31,410 to £43,440 per annum.

Job Purpose/Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and resilient Lecturer in Progression, Employment and Life Skills to join our Employability and Progression Department. You will deliver high quality, trauma-informed teaching to Level 1 and Level 2 learners, many of whom have experienced disrupted education, poor mental health, low self-esteem, neurodivergence and other barriers to learning and progression. The role includes delivering personal development, employability and progression focused qualifications, with the opportunity to contribute to English and maths delivery where appropriate.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Hold a teaching qualification
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification
- Level 2 English and/or maths
- Have current teaching or training experience with NEET learners and/or ability to deliver English and/or maths to GCSE level.
- Experience of developing and delivering, differentiated learning materials and/or innovative curriculum and learning materials which meet the needs of students.
- Have knowledge of key trends and concepts within the Further Education sector especially trauma informed approaches appropriate for NEET learners and learners with Special Educational Needs.
