Salaries
Salaries start at £34,668 and go up to £44,992 depending on experience. Working at SSMS you almost get a one-for-one leave ratio if you include your 48 days leave and weekends. The working week is 37 hours Monday to Friday – you don’t get that at sea! We have an attractive pension scheme should you wish to join as well as many other benefits.
