We are seeking a dynamic, flexible, and committed Lecturer in Business Management with expertise in Creativity and Innovation Management to join our academic team. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and accessible teaching to a diverse cohort of students at undergraduate and foundation levels. You will be expected to contribute to module development, assessment design, and student support, ensuring an excellent learning experience.

This role is for Teaching Fellow applicants from Bath Business School only.

About the Role

The postholder will be responsible for delivering and assessing modules in Business Management, with a particular emphasis on Creativity and Innovation Management at Level 5.

You will contribute to curriculum design, prepare and deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops, and provide academic and pastoral support to students.

  • Recent, successful experience of university level teaching in Business Management related subjects

Additional Information

Salary Grade Ac3S/Ac3A - Starting from £44,746 rising to £56,536 per annum

The salary range shows the potential maximum pay progression in addition to any annual inflationary increase to your pay. Please note that our default position is to appoint into the lower end of the range, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
