What you'll be doing
- Supporting our lawyers and legal team day to day, helping keep cases moving smoothly
- Speaking with clients, answering questions, giving updates, and being a friendly, reassuring point of contact
- Making sure our customer service is consistently excellent
- Helping the team stay organised and on top of client communications
- Getting stuck in wherever you're needed, and learning fast
Requirements
What we're looking for
- A warm, confident communicator who genuinely enjoys talking to people
- Organised, reliable and proactive — you spot what needs doing and get on with it
- Keen to learn about law, conveyancing and client management
- Comfortable in a busy office and happy working as part of a team
- No legal experience needed — just the right attitude and great people skills
