Job Title
To provide administrative and case management assistance in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain client files by acquiring and processing necessary data.
- Scan, print, post and electronic filing of documents.
- Manage incoming communications promptly, take messages where necessary and following up in a proactive manner.
- Deal with new enquiries as they reach the office. Giving clients quotes on our portal.
- Call back potential clients where lead is received in a timely manner.
- Update clients, referrers, and others as required.
- Process clients' due diligence documents for file management.

Qualification and Skills:
- No prior experience or academic qualification required.
- Good IT aptitude such as use of the internet and MS Office is essential.
- Full training and supervision will be provided throughout.
- You must be detail-focused and be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent organisation skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
- Ability to work as a team towards the common goal of completing the matter to a high standard of quality and client satisfaction.
