Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our team with a range of administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, have strong written communication skills, and possess a solid understanding of social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and format professional letters, emails, and documents
- Manage and update digital files and records using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Provide calendar and email management support
- Create, schedule, and manage posts across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Monitor engagement and assist with basic content planning
- Perform online research and data entry tasks as required
- Handle ad hoc administrative support duties

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Confident in managing and creating content for social media platforms
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
