We are working with a leading UK law firm looking to recruit a Team Administrator to join its busy and successful Securitisation team in Leeds.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous legal administration experience who is looking to join a friendly, professional team within a growing firm.

The role will include:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to lawyers and the wider team
  • Managing and maintaining electronic and hard-copy files
  • Assisting with Land Registry and post-completion matters
  • Preparing and checking documentation
  • Supporting with marketing and business development administration
  • General departmental administration

About you:

  • Ideally 1–2 years’ experience within a law firm or legal environment
  • Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach
