WSP UK is currently recruiting a Legal Administrator to join its in-house Legal Team. This role will support the efficient delivery of contract administration activities across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the contract execution processes, maintaining legal records, and providing high-quality administrative support to legal professionals and business stakeholders.

The role requires a well-organised individual with excellent attention to detail, strong administrative skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.

A Little More About Your Role…

  • Managing the contract execution process using electronic signature platforms, particularly DocuSign.
  • Preparing, issuing, tracking and completing documents for electronic signature.
  • Monitoring signature workflows and following up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintaining accurate records of executed agreements and supporting the filing and organisation of legal documentation.
  • Updating contract management systems, registers and trackers.
  • Assisting legal professionals with administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, team updates and management information.
  • Supporting legal team governance, compliance and audit activities.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across Legal, Commercial, Procurement, Finance and operational teams.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of legal processes and administrative practices.

What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate…

The successful candidate will have experience in an administrative, legal administration, contract administration or business support role. Experience of working within a legal team, professional services environment, engineering consultancy or similar organisation would be advantageous.

In addition to the above, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Confidence using document management systems, SharePoint and electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise competing deadlines effectively.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across the business.
  • A high degree of accuracy when handling legal and contractual documentation.
  • Discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
  • A willingness to learn and develop within a professional legal environment.
