Legal Administrator – Remote

About the Role
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Legal Administrator to provide accurate and efficient administrative support within a busy legal environment.
The role is suited to an experienced administrator with an interest in the legal sector, particularly candidates with experience handling confidential documents, case files, correspondence, and legal administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the legal team.
- Open, maintain, and close legal case files accurately.
- Manage legal documents, correspondence, and confidential information.
- Upload and organise documents within case-management systems.
- Assist with legal aid applications and related administration where required.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure case information is up to date.
- Support solicitors and legal professionals with general administrative tasks.
- Prioritise workloads and meet agreed deadlines while working remotely.

Must-Have Requirements
- Previous administrative experience in a professional or legal environment.
- Experience managing documents, records, correspondence, or case files.
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Preferred Experience
- Previous legal administration, legal assistant, legal secretary, or solicitor's office experience.
- Experience with Family Law, legal aid, or legal case-management systems.
- Experience working remotely within a professional services environment.
