About the Role
We’re looking for a Legal Administrator to support our expert legal team in delivering outstanding service to our clients. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support to our legal advisors, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality legal documentation.

What We’re Looking For
This role is all about providing efficient and high-quality legal administrative support to ensure our legal advisors can deliver the best service to our clients.
You will:
- Handle client calls professionally and ensure timely message management.
- Prepare, edit, and process legal documents and correspondence.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, printing, and document preparation.
- Compile tribunal documentation, including drafting lists and briefs for Counsel.
- Maintain well-organised files and update internal computer systems and records.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to manage workloads effectively.
- Support advisors by managing schedules and ensuring key dates are recorded.
Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- A friendly and professional manner with confidence in working with both internal teams and clients.
- Experience in a legal environment (desirable).
- Audio dictation skills (desirable).
