HCB Widdows Mason is currently looking for a dedicated and organized Legal Administrator to join our dynamic team.

This position is essential in supporting our solicitors and ensuring that our legal processes run smoothly. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client files, preparing legal documents, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and organizing legal documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Assisting solicitors with the preparation of cases and client correspondence.
  • Handling client inquiries and maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
  • Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems in compliance with legal standards.
  • Conducting routine administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Coordinating with external parties, including clients, witnesses, and other legal professionals.
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and that all necessary documentation is prepared promptly.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Previous experience in a legal or administrative role is an advantage.
