Company Description
By Personal Touch is an innovative divorce service helping people navigate separation with clarity, affordability, and support. While we're best known for our fixed-fee Financial Consent Order service - helping divorcing couples draft and understand the documentation required for court - this is just one part of a wider offering that spans mediation, wills, and conveyancing through our partner network. We collaborate closely with family mediators, picking up clients once Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) have been drafted, and we're building a joined-up, modern alternative to the traditional, fragmented divorce process. We're streamlining every stage of that journey, and we're looking for someone who wants to actively drive it forward - not just administer it.
Role Description
The Legal Administrator / Client Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Faringdon, ideal for someone who's naturally proactive, organised, and comfortable picking up the phone. You'll prepare and manage legal documentation for Financial Consent Orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with court requirements - but just as importantly, you'll own the client journey day to day across our services: chasing outstanding information, keeping cases moving through our CRM pipelines, and making sure nothing sits idle. You'll be a main point of contact for clients and family mediators, confidently explaining next steps, following up when people go quiet, and flagging where a case needs attention before it becomes a problem. You'll also help us improve how we track and manage cases as the business grows, working closely with the wider team to keep service consistent and high-quality across the full divorce journey.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
