Company Description

ARKrights Solicitors is a family-run law firm with offices in Watford, founded in 2005 to provide specialist legal services to clients in Watford, Hertfordshire, and surrounding counties. The firm emphasizes three core strengths: its people, its working style, and its values. All solicitors at ARKrights are experts in their fields and are committed to listening carefully to clients’ concerns. They focus on explaining legal options clearly and advising on effective strategies to achieve the best possible resolution for each dispute.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Legal Administrator / Receptionist role is based at our Watford office. The role involves welcoming clients and visitors, managing incoming calls and emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate legal professional. Daily tasks include preparing and formatting legal documents, maintaining case files, scheduling appointments, and supporting solicitors with general administrative duties. The Legal Administrator / Receptionist will also handle front-desk responsibilities such as managing the reception area, organizing mail and deliveries, and ensuring accurate data entry into case management systems. The role requires consistent professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong focus on client care in a busy legal environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
