Legal Administrator (Remote UK)

Overview

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Legal Administrator to support day-to-day legal administration, documentation, and coordination activities.

This is a strong opportunity for someone at entry level who is interested in developing a career within legal administration and can work accurately, professionally, and independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation, organisation, and maintenance of legal documents and records
  • Assist with correspondence, document formatting, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate digital files and case-related information
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, follow-ups, and deadlines
  • Track documents and ensure records remain accurate and up to date
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
  • Assist with basic legal research and information gathering where required
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and relevant stakeholders
  • Support general legal and administrative processes
  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines
