Description
As a Legal Counsel at Foster + Partners, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of some of the world's most ambitious and high-profile design and construction projects. Working alongside a collaborative team of legal professionals and industry experts, you'll provide commercially focused legal advice, navigate complex contractual matters, and contribute to dispute resolution activities across an international portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a construction lawyer who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working at the heart of a global design business.

- Advise on complex, globally significant design and construction projects.
- Take ownership of contract reviews, negotiations, and risk management matters.
- Develop expertise across both contentious and non-contentious construction law.

What You Will Bring to the Team:
- Qualification as a legal professional with experience in construction law.
- Strong knowledge of both contentious and non-contentious construction matters.
- Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and legal analysis skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to deliver pragmatic legal solutions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a collaborative mindset.
