Position Overview

We are seeking an early-career Legal Advisor or Commercial Manager to join our Legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent law graduate or someone at the beginning of their legal career who is interested in building commercial legal experience within a global technology company.

You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience across commercial contracts, legal operations and compliance, working alongside experienced colleagues and cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Sourcing and Product. You’ll have the opportunity to support a fast-moving international business while developing practical knowledge of SaaS, cloud technology and modern commercial models.

We’re not looking for someone who already knows everything. We’re looking for someone who is curious about technology and commercial law, comfortable learning new concepts, and motivated to develop their skills in a fast-moving environment.

Candidates may be law graduates, LPC/SQE graduates, newly qualified solicitors, or individuals with another relevant legal or commercial background. A strong learning mindset, sound academic foundation and genuine interest in technology and commercial contracts are more important than specific years of experience. We are also looking for someone who incorporates AI into the way they work, who can challenge the way we work today and maximise the efficiencies that can be made from AI and other new technology solutions – this will be a critical factor in our selection of a final candidate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
