Location: Swansea
Salary: Up to circa £28,000 (DOE)

The opportunity

TSR Legal is proud to be working with a leading regional law firm seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to join its busy Injury Services Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of Personal Injury matters while supporting the wider team on more complex claims.

The Role

The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For

  • Managing a caseload of litigated fast-track Personal Injury claims
  • Handling Criminal Injuries Compensation claims
  • Drafting legal correspondence using the firm’s case management system
  • Progressing matters efficiently from instruction through to completion
  • Delivering high standards of client care and service throughout the claims process
  • Supporting solicitors on multi-track matters where required

About You

Applications are welcomed from candidates with previous experience in a Legal Advisor or similar Personal Injury role.

You Will Also Demonstrate

  • The ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritise a varied and busy workload
  • A professional and collaborative approach
  • Experience using the Ministry of Justice Portal would be advantageous
