An opportunity to join a regulatory body as part of their in-house legal team, providing high quality, timely, legal advice across all areas of the organisation.
Role Overview
As Legal Advisor, you will:
- Advise on regulatory, commercial, procurement, governance, public law, and information governance matters
- Support colleagues with delivering policy objectives
- Support on litigation
- Manage external legal engagement where required
Requirements
To be considered for the role, you should:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister in England and Wales with a current practising certificate
- Have several years PQE
- Have experience of providing legal advice in-house in a regulatory or public body setting
- Have experience of statutory interpretation and applying public law principles

Benefits
- Salary between £55,000-£62,000 (dependent on experience)
- Hybrid working, with 1-2 days per week in the office (London)
