What you’ll do
This is a new role created to drive dedicated communication, training and promotion of AI across our UK legal teams, and to provide a stronger UK voice in external AI engagement. The role sits at the intersection of product, legal practice and lawyer engagement, helping shape and land AI features for the UK market while representing the business externally.

- Provide training and support to UK stakeholders on AI features.
- Collaborate with legal and product teams to design and refine AI-driven solutions that streamline UK legal workflows and improve overall efficiency.
- Conduct UK research and analysis using AI tools to inform product development.
- Assist in reviewing and creating UK legal document templates, ensuring compliance with UK regulation and usability for practitioners.
- Provide feedback on legal workflows and user experience from a UK practitioner's perspective.
- Contribute to training materials, webinars and content to support engagement and education initiatives across the UK market.
- Increase brand awareness of CORTO AI agents externally.
- Stay updated on UK specific regulations and competitor analysis.
- Represent the business at UK industry events, conferences, and webinars.
What you’ll bring
- UK-qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE
- Genuinely passionate about AI – you already talk, write or speak about it, not just use it
- Hands-on experience implementing or using AI in a legal practice setting
- A confident public speaker, comfortable representing CORTO externally at events and online
- Strong communicator internally and externally – equally comfortable briefing a legal team and speaking from a stage
- Comfortable working in a global team with flexible hours that sometimes overlap AU and US time zones
Even better if you have
- Generalist experience across family, property, estates, criminal and/or personal injury law – or deep specialism in one of these
- Law firm background rather than in-house – you'll be working closely with vertical legal teams day to day
- Prior exposure to agentic AI or legal tech products

- Gets genuinely excited about what AI can (and can't) do – and you want to be the person in the room who knows the answer.
- Thrives when priorities shift – LegalTech is evolving rapidly and that kind of change energises rather than unsettles you.
- Brings practical legal instincts to technical conversations – you don't need to code, but you think like a product-minded lawyer.
- Likes to juggle – a lot – and you do it well.
