Legal Analyst / Contract Analyst
Belfast (3 Days Per Month in Office)
Up to £35,000 + Benefits
Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in legal services, contracts, and legal technology? I am recruiting several Legal Analysts to join a growing contract management team supporting the review and processing of commercial agreements for global organisations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, good written communication skills, and an interest in contracts and legal operations. You do not need to be a qualified lawyer. Full training will be provided, and you'll work with established playbooks, guidance materials, and AI-powered review tools to assess and process standard agreements.
What You'll Be Doing
- Reviewing and negotiating standard Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Applying approved contractual playbooks and guidance
- Supporting contract administration and contract management activities
- Using AI-enabled tools to analyse contractual documentation
- Identifying and escalating non-standard issues
- Maintaining accurate contract records
- Working within agreed service levels and turnaround times
- Managing a high volume of contract reviews accurately and efficiently

We're Looking For
- Degree educated (Law, Business, Economics, Politics, English or a similar discipline)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- Comfortable reading and analysing documents
- Able to follow established processes consistently
- Strong organisational skills
- Confident using technology and learning new systems
