Our client, one of the world's elite hedge funds, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Legal Analyst to join their London team. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the premium brands in the space, and to work with a best-in-class legal team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the execution of investment transactions with a focus on reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining various contractual agreements, including confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements and engagement letters.
- You will work directly with Legal & Compliance in London, and collaborate with colleagues in other jurisdictions to support a broad range of deal execution processes.
- Support on ad hoc project work relating to the firm's investment process infrastructure.

Your Profile:
- A bachelor's degree, along with a demonstrated record of professional and/or academic achievement.
- Two to four years of work experience and an interest in learning about complex investment transactions and the attendant legal and commercial risks.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities; proven editing, proofreading, and project management skills; and keen attention to detail.
- Experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or in contract review at a law firm is preferred; formal legal experience is not required.
