Legal & Compliance Manager - 18-Month FTC
Location: London / Hybrid
Contract: 18-month fixed-term contract
An established law firm is seeking an experienced Legal & Compliance Manager to join its operational team on an 18m FTC.
This is a broad legal and commercial role, providing practical advice to the business across a range of operational, contractual and compliance matters. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, helping the organisation navigate legal and commercial issues while supporting the effective delivery of its services.

- Providing pragmatic legal and commercial advice to internal stakeholders
- Advising on contractual, operational and compliance matters
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Identifying and managing legal and regulatory risks
- Supporting the development and implementation of appropriate policies and processes
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation on a variety of legal and business matters
About you
You will ideally be a qualified lawyer with at least five years’ relevant experience, gained within private practice or an in-house legal team.

The organisation is particularly interested in candidates who can combine strong technical legal skills with a commercial and pragmatic approach. You should be comfortable working autonomously, managing competing priorities and building effective relationships with stakeholders.
