Legal & Procurement Administrator
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Legal & Procurement Administrator to join our team and support a variety of Legal, Procurement, Compliance and Finance-related processes.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who is keen to learn. Previous legal or procurement experience is not essential — we are open to candidates from a broader business administration background. Someone capable, organised and motivated to develop.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting KYC, AML and compliance administration.
- Maintaining contract databases, records and documentation.
- Supporting freelancer agreements and IR35 administration.
- Assisting with supplier and procurement processes, including Purchase Orders and Workday.
- Supporting IT Security Assessments and other compliance activities.
- Managing credit-card reconciliations and account administration.
- Supporting general operational tasks, including suppliers, US registrations and courier management.
- Helping to keep processes organised and identifying opportunities to improve them.

What we're looking for
- Some previous experience in one of business administration, legal, procurement, finance, compliance or operations would be desirable.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with systems and data.
- Comfortable learning new systems such as Workday, Lexion and DocuSign.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proactive, reliable and keen to learn.
- A flexible and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage both routine and ad-hoc tasks.

Location & Hybrid Working
Ideally, we’re looking for someone who is open to working from our office approximately 1–2 days per week, at our London office with Tuesdays and Thursdays as our main office days.
