JPMorganChase & Co. is a global leader in financial services. The Office of Regulation and Document Governance (ORDG) is a centralized group providing regulatory change management and document governance services to the Risk Management and Compliance function.
As a Regulatory Change Management Associate supporting EMEA Compliance, Conduct, and Operational Risk (CCOR), you will play a key role in operational delivery of the regulatory change management lifecycle—supporting event intake, assessment coordination, disposition documentation, implementation tracking, and management reporting. You will partner closely with compliance and operational risk stakeholders, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help maintain a robust governance and audit trail across business-as-usual activity.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end processing of legal and regulatory change events impacting EMEA CCOR, including intake, initial triage, routing, and tracking to closure.
- Coordinate regulatory change assessments by engaging relevant SMEs/stakeholders.
- Draft and maintain high-quality documentation supporting dispositions in line with firmwide requirements.
- Maintain regulatory change inventories, dashboards, and trackers; monitor key milestones, due dates, and overdue actions, escalating risks and blockers as appropriate.
- Support with stakeholder communications: preparing briefings, summarizing key issues, and ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of actions.
- Assist with quality assurance activities (spot checks, completeness reviews, audit trail validation) to ensure outputs meet firmwide standards.
- Identify opportunities to streamline BAU processes, improve templates, and enhance data quality; contribute to process design, playbooks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with technology/product teams (where applicable) to support tool enhancements, user testing, and operational readiness activities.
- Contribute to team culture through knowledge sharing, proactive ownership of tasks, and support for training/onboarding materials.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
