As a legal apprentice, you'll play a part in that journey, working alongside talented colleagues to make a meaningful impact, and grow your skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Our Legal Apprenticeship Programme offers you the opportunity to qualify as a solicitor while earning a salary and gaining invaluable hands-on experience. Based in our Bristol office and delivered in partnership with BPP University, you'll complete the Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship over six years, the same timeframe as completing a law degree, SQE, and Training Contract, while developing your career from day one.

To help you learn more about life as a legal apprentice, we're hosting both in-person and virtual open evenings during the application window. These events are aimed at students aged 14 and above, parents and carers, teachers, and careers advisers, and will provide an opportunity to discover what it's like to learn, develop, and build your future with us.
Virtual Open Evening

6:00pm to 7:15pm, followed by networking and a Q&A session.

During the event, you'll hear from our Emerging Talent team, gain insight into life as an apprentice at Burges Salmon, learn more about the application process, and hear how our apprentices contribute to meaningful client work while continuing to learn and develop. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and network with current apprentices and members of the team.
