We’re now looking for a Legal Assistant to join our team and be part of a collaborative legal function that supports the wider business across an exciting and varied portfolio. The Role

As our Legal Assistant, you will support our international team with a variety of tasks:

  • Advising, negotiating and managing Non-Disclosure Agreements
  • Performing legal research
  • General administration
  • Updating the precedent bank
  • Legal Tracker management (budget/spend tracking)
  • Reviewing legal documents and associated correspondence
  • Auditing the Export Control Process
  • Supporting with marketing and advertising queries/approvals/new product development
  • Advising, negotiating, and managing Influencer agreements
  • Advising on Ts & Cs of sale and purchase (with support from Legal Counsel)
  • General project support

About you

You will have a strong Administration background, ideally working in a legal practice or in-house legal team. You must be dedicated, commercial, quick to pick up new ideas, and be adaptable to a workload where the priorities are constantly changing.

A good working knowledge of MS Office is required. You will have strong functional capability, able to learn new systems and tools quickly and have strong attention to detail.

Strong communication skills are a key requirement for the role along with being highly organised, able to multitask and prioritise workload.
