Experienced Conveyancing Assistant
📍 Cwmbran | 🏢 Office-based | 💼 Full-time | 💷 Salary based on experience

Wade & Wade LLP is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join our busy and friendly residential conveyancing department.
You will support the progression of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, working with our conveyancing team, clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other parties.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting residential property transactions through their key stages
- Preparing routine correspondence, forms, and documents
- Maintaining accurate matter records and updating the case-management system
- Liaising professionally with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other parties
- Monitoring outstanding information, documents, tasks, and key dates
- Helping the team maintain clear communication and steady progress across its caseload
- Providing general administrative and file support as required

What we’re looking for
- A minimum of two years’ experience working within a conveyancing department
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work accurately and efficiently in a busy environment
- A professional and client-focused approach
- Strong IT and communication skills
- The ability to manage a varied workload and work effectively as part of a team
