Legal Assistant / Property Assistant / Legal Administration
Rural Business, Real Estate, Commercial Property Department
Office based, full time permanent, 35 hours per week Monday to Friday
Darwen House, Walker Office Park, Blackburn BB1 2QE East Lancashire
Salary + Bonus Scheme + Excellent Benefits (28 days holiday, Pension scheme, Health, and wellbeing) + Free parking onsite in Blackburn

The Napthens rural team has a rare opening to support our specialist lawyers who represent the farming and agricultural community.
About You?:
- You are experienced undertaking land registry applications and requisitions, first registrations.
- You can readily draft SDLT, completion statements and bills.
- You are comfortable using a case management system to close files and the telephone to update clients.
- You are a strong legal assistant who can send exchange and completion letters.
- You may be working in or have previously supported residential conveyancing, real estate, commercial property or similar areas of law.
- You have a genuine interest in rural, agriculture and the farming community. This would be a nice bonus for you and us.
