Overview

Excellent opportunity for a proactive Legal Assistant to join a well regarded law firm, supporting a busy residential conveyancing team with genuine opportunities for career development.

  • Support a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
  • Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Maintain accurate case files and ensure all documentation is kept up to date.
  • Assist with general administrative duties including scanning, filing and document management.
  • Gain hands on experience across a broad range of residential property transactions.
