Telecommunications Dispute Caseworker (Law Graduate)
📍 Remote – England Only
💼 Self-Employed Consultancy Role
The Telecoms Advocate is a specialist dispute resolution business helping SMEs challenge unfair telecom contracts, excessive termination charges, equipment finance agreements and related commercial disputes.
Due to continued growth and increasing demand for our services, we are seeking an additional Law Graduate Caseworker to join our team.
This role offers practical experience in commercial disputes, contract law, telecommunications regulation and alternative dispute resolution within a growing specialist practice.
The Role
You will work directly on live client matters, assisting with:
- Reviewing contracts, invoices, finance agreements and supporting evidence
- Conducting legal and regulatory research
- Drafting Confidential Advice Reports and complaint submissions
- Preparing cases for ADR schemes and regulatory escalation
- Analysing contractual and regulatory issues
- Maintaining accurate case records and evidence files
- Supporting clients throughout the dispute resolution process

Essential Requirements
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent)
- Strong academic background
- Excellent written English and drafting ability
- High attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Resident in England with ability to travel to London a few times a year for team functions
- Unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom
Desirable Qualifications
- LPC, SQE, GDL or equivalent postgraduate legal training
- Membership of CILEX, NALP or another recognised legal professional body
- Experience working in a legal, regulatory or complaints environment
- Knowledge of contract law, commercial law, company law or dispute resolution procedures

Remuneration
This is a self-employed consultancy role. Payment is based upon a percentage share of successful case outcomes. The role is therefore best suited to ambitious and self-motivated individuals who are confident in their ability to contribute to successful client outcomes. You will need to be able to support yourself for at least 3 months while building your case pipeline.
