"We're not hiring because somebody left. We're hiring because somebody progressed."

Legal Assistant, Family Department

Head Office, Lancashire

Full-Time, permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday

Salary + bonus scheme + 28 days holiday + benefits to support your health and wellbeing.

The reason we're recruiting is a good one.

One of our Legal Assistants, Evie, has recently been promoted to a Paralegal role within the team. As she takes the next exciting step in her career, we're now looking for someone to step into the role she leaves behind.

The best bit is Evie isn't going anywhere.

She'll be right here to help you settle into the position she knows inside out, while our experienced Paralegal, Mark, supports Evie in her transition into her new role.

It's a great example of how we work at Napthens. We invest in people, create opportunities for progression and support one another every step of the way.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
