Law Graduate
Location: Guildford – office based
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Progression: Excellent opportunity to develop into a Paralegal
We are recruiting on behalf of an established specialist property law firm in Guildford, seeking a Law Graduate to join its conveyancing team as a Completions Assistant.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for a motivated graduate looking to begin a career in property law. You will receive full training and gain valuable hands-on experience, with excellent prospects for progression into a Paralegal role.
The role
You will support the conveyancing team with post-exchange and post-completion work, helping to ensure transactions progress smoothly and clients receive an excellent service.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with post-exchange and post-completion administration
- Liaising with clients and other parties throughout the process
- Responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records and case files
- Providing general administrative support to the conveyancing team
About you
- A law degree or equivalent legal qualification
- Based in or within an easy commute of Guildford
- Strong customer care and service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organised, accurate, and able to manage competing priorities
- Enthusiastic, professional, and keen to build a career in conveyancing
