Hodge Jones & Allen Solicitors are looking to recruit a Legal Assistant to work with the fee earners in the Clinical Negligence department.
This is an office-based, administrative role working within a busy and friendly team. Among other tasks, the role will include printing and scanning documents, filing, and photocopying, collating and paginating records. In addition, you will be expected to help with taking new enquiries from potential clients.
Requirements
You will need to have:
- Good administrative and literacy skills
- Be methodical
- Be able to work in a team and on your own initiative
- Have a flexible and enthusiastic attitude
- Work in an organised manner
- Pay attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Good computer skills

Previous administrative experience in a legal role.
