Legal Assistant

Slough (Head Office)

We operate a dynamic working model built on trust, choice and balance. Colleagues typically connect in person 3 days per week, as we know the best ideas and relationships grow when we collaborate side by side.

We also offer Dynamic Friday Hours, giving colleagues the opportunity to flex their time and finish early on a Friday, where the role allows.

Join our snack-loving team

We’re looking for a Legal Assistant to join us at KP Snacks. If you’re ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you – this could be your next big move.

Who are we?

We’re KP Snacks, part of the Intersnack family. Across more than 30 countries, over 15,000 of us work together to make the snacks people love – from Hula Hoops to McCoy’s. In the UK, we’re a team of around 2,400 colleagues, based across seven sites and our Slough HQ. We’re proud of our close-knit culture, where we speak up, celebrate differences and push boundaries together.

About the role

At KP Snacks, our Legal team plays a vital role in helping the business make informed decisions while protecting our brands, reputation and colleagues. As our Legal Assistant, you’ll provide essential support that keeps the Legal function organised, efficient and responsive.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with detail, building strong relationships and bringing structure to complex processes. You’ll be responsible for coordinating legal administration, contract management and governance activities, ensuring records and documentation are accurate and accessible. Working closely with the General Counsel and Paralegal, you'll help the team operate effectively while supporting colleagues across the wider business.

This role would suit someone with strong organisational and administrative skills who is interested in legal work, enjoys using technology and AI to improve processes, and takes pride in delivering a high-quality service. Previous legal experience is beneficial but not essential. What matters most is your ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality and continuously look for ways to make things better.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
