About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in Property Law within a team of nationally recognised experts. As a Legal Assistant in our specialist Property Litigation team, you will provide high-quality administrative and legal support to our solicitors, playing an important role in the successful delivery of client matters. This position offers valuable exposure to a fast-paced and evolving area of law and is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience within a supportive and growing team. You will have the opportunity to build your knowledge and skills while making a meaningful contribution to the team's success.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Opening and closing client files.
  • Undertaking electronic verification and compliance checks.
  • Liaising with clients and other third parties.
  • Preparing court and tribunal bundles.
  • Filing documents and managing case administration.
  • Diary management, including monitoring key dates and deadlines.
  • Providing general administrative support throughout the litigation process.
  • Compliance and accounting responsibilities

About you

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is eager to build a successful career in the legal sector. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, hardworking, and a collaborative team player who takes pride in delivering work to a high standard. You will be enthusiastic about learning, comfortable asking questions, and keen to develop your knowledge and skills. A strong ability to follow established processes, procedures, and priorities is essential to ensure accuracy, compliance, and most importantly provide excellent client service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a law graduate or aspiring legal professional looking to gain experience in a specialist area of law and develop their career within a supportive and ambitious team.
