Description
Join Trowers and become an integral part of our Real Estate and Corporate teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual who enjoys working in a collaborative, professional environment and delivering exceptional support to colleagues and clients.
The Role
- Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to fee earners, partners, and the wider team.
- Managing files, document storage, and electronic filing systems.
- Assisting with billing, credit control, and client account administration.
- Producing and engrossing legal documents.
- Conducting Land Registry and legal searches.
- Managing data rooms, document bundles, and PDF documentation.
- Providing general administrative support across the team.

- Bring strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.
- Previous administrative experience is essential.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with a methodical approach and keen eye for detail.
- Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently when required.
- Committed to delivering an excellent client experience.
