The role

We have an exciting role on offer within our Legal Service as a Legal Assistant (Regulatory).

Middlesbrough Council is a forward-thinking Council with ambitious plans and Legal Services is now looking to expand its team with the addition of a Legal Assistant to support our Lawyers through the provision of a first-class legal service. The Legal Assistant will mainly work within the Regulatory Team. This team deals with a wide-ranging, interesting caseload including enforcement against criminal activity and anti-social behaviour, licensing, housing, employment, SEN, and civil claims taken by and against the Council.
