Legal Cashier – Our client, with a great reputation and several offices in East Kent, have asked us to find them a further Legal Cashier to join their accounts team. This is an established and highly regarded firm that has experienced consistent growth in recent years and continues to go from strength to strength, offering an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a successful and supportive team.
About the Role
The role will include processing client and office account transactions, making postings, preparing cheques, and processing bank transfers. You will also assist with daily banking, including bank and office reconciliations, as well as purchase ledger duties and a range of other accounts and administrative tasks.

Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will have several years’ experience as a Legal Cashier within a law firm, with a strong understanding of the SRA Accounts Rules and AML requirements. Experience with legal accounting and case management systems is essential, along with the ability to support audits. You will be well organized, numerate, and able to work accurately under pressure, particularly at month and year end.
